When we first arrived in Northern Colorado years ago, this community embraced us with open arms. You trusted us with your weddings, your private dinners, and your celebrations. You allowed us to turn our passion for food into our livelihood. For that, we are endlessly grateful.
Now, we want to invite you to our new table. We have poured our hearts, our history, and our absolute love for the culinary arts into the new menu at Persimmon. It is a space designed for connection—where you can pass plates of tapas across the table, discover new flavors, and simply enjoy being together.
