Gastronomic Pairing Under The City Star Brewing Co.
Nothing call our attention as a new challenge to mage magic with new artist. This past January 31st we traveled to Berthoud where we had our first appearance and collaboration with another set of artistic hands in the world of Breweing beer. Alongside John & Whitney, owners of City Star Brewing Co., we both joined our artistry and performed for 50 happy epicureans the delightful art of pairing. What an amazing and joyful time!!

We want to thank everyone who attended this amazing and fun event, thank you very much for your trust and for letting us make magic together!! This will not be the last, we are already brewing and cooking some fun ideas for future appearances, so stay tuned!! =D

Nothing like Local Artist Joining Forces
Angie Grenz from Verboten Brewing in Loveland gave us a call after a great friend of ours whispered in her ear that we could deliver tacos, and the idea came together; Beer & Tacos Pairing.
This experience was new for us. Never we have paired tacos in our lives, so it was the perfect excuse to do so. We went on and did our research and found some fun useful information on hows and whys of beer pairings. So after we nerds out the texts it was time for our brain and our tong to start coming up with good ideas, check out the menu to see what we came up with to pair Verboten beer list with.
