What an amazing day was this last May 19th. Not only did we got to express our love for the culinary arts, but we also got to share it... and not only share the flavor, but also the story that went behind the passion, and creations of some of our dishes.
Tostadas is what happened!!
This little community gathering is growing each month, and we could not be more grateful with everyone that has attended!! From a little simple idea of selling tacos it has developed to a walk around the world taste of streets food. So far we have had plenty of Mexican Street Foods, but in our June 5th appearance we are taking a flight to Greece!! and experience GREEK STREET FOOD from our perspective!!
This Past Week We Got The First Taste of Street Food Tuesday!!!
As promised a great collaboration between Juli y Juan's Kitchen and The Articulate came together to create a small Pop-Up Taco Station that we hope to see more and more people. This will happen the first Tuesday of each month and we will be bringing street food recipes from all over the world to change the flavor and flair of your lunch time!!
Date Night Cooking Classes Were a Hit!!!

A few days ago, Juli & I, gave our first cooking class at Ginger & Baker's Teaching Kitchen. Since we move to Fort Collins, we have been trying to create an environment where we can teach. It is our passion to share our love for the Culinary Arts, and our love to preserve the knowledge of good food. We believe that "in order for Life to bless you with more knowledge, it is imperative that you share the one you have acquired by Life.", for us it is some sort of trade we play.

This was such a magnificent day. Everything came together as well as a true family recipe that leads you to an amazing experience. The team that this two amazing lovers put together is one that I wish we could be together for many more adventures.
Thank to every team member that help make this special day an amazing one. We are forever thankful.
Nothing like Local Artists Joining Forces
Angie Grenz from Verboten Brewery in Loveland gave us a call after a great friend of ours whispered in her ear that we could deliver tacos, and the idea came together; Beer & Tacos Pairing.

A gorgeous and crazy snow storm in the middle of May did nothing to stop this party from happening!! This family estates is one of the most amazing we have ever seen, and the scenery with the snow was just out of this world!!... Check it out!!

Wedding Reception in Fort Collins
Food, Love & Drinks, where the theme of this amazing and gorgeous persons that we had the pleasure of cooking for their wedding reception. But this was not your traditional crowd. The groom and the bride have been with us for quite some time in this world. Proving that it is never to late to say - "I Do."
Nothing like turning 50 years, looking amazing and being surprise by all those who love you!! Today we cater this amazing couple, and good friends!! We offered Mexican Cuisine and I have to sat that The Habanero Sauce was Spicy Spicy!! =D
What an amazing crazy weekend we had in Vail!! It all started with an invitation to Gourmet on Gore in Vail. Little did we knew we where going to a crazy adventure that lasted about 3 days.
We have to say that every event is a unique experience, and when you collaborate with someone that allows you to express your art, to be yourself, things just get a lot better. Kelly McBartlett thank you for this amazing opportunity, and for trusting your friends and family in our hands. It was a great deal for us to work for you and The Group Inc. What a great opportunity to do an event for such a great Real Estate Company. We love any kind a culinary adventure and this one was not an exception. A new residential development called Kechter Farms by Toll Brothers is happening here in Fort Collins and you all should go and take a peak!!
There are a few things that one must love about what they do, but this last Friday was definitely one that we loved being part of it… SpokesBUZZ CD Release VI. It all started with a call from this amazing person, Taylor Walker, who was mainly putting all the show together, We where asked to donate our time for an amazing cause… so when we knew we where going to be a wagon on the train to help young musical artist have a shot on performing their passion, we could have never refuse!! As we love helping people perform…so we tied our Juli y Juan wagon to the SpokesBUZZ Train an decided to share our culinary passion.
