This party took place on the Strope's Estate in a gorgeous day with live music from Wasteland Hops which was amazing as always!!!
Catering the Taco Bar on original Mexican cooking Clay was a great idea by Kim Strope and it worked perfect!! We love having the opportunity to create new experiences and fun adventures alongside the people we love!!
Juli & I are very grateful for this amazing opportunity and we hope we keep creating fun and crazy adventures together in the future!!

This event was an absolutley amazing reunion of friends that, let me tell you, this is not the first time I see them in action, and I have to say they are crazy fun!! Since the moment they all arrived to the moment they all left, it was laugh after laugh after laugh!! hahah. We love the energy of this great events! We can’t ask for better ambiance for us to express our love for this crazy Art.
In this event we had an amazing young girl, who she is not only bright and pretty, but also has a talent for the Culinary Arts!! Makenzie!! You Rock!! Thank you so much for all you did, we are so proud and happy to have you around!! =D
Shawn and Heather you guys are awesome and your friends are very fun!! It was great to see some known faces and get to know new ones!! Thank you so much for a great opportunity!! I hope that your event was everything you hoped for as in our side we had a blast!!! Shawn We hope you had enough scallops for your 2015!!! =D

Now this was a crazy fun & amazing party… nothing we where not expecting out of a Deighans Home… Kyle & James you guys know how to put something together!!
So it all started with a call and an invitation to a little gathering that in about 3 hours it turned unto a 80 people party!! What happened in that house was an unbelievable amount of love, fun, joy, great friendship, and lots but lots of craziness…
We had just slept about 5 hours when the alarm sounded and up we where, still at night outside. We where recovering from an event the day before. But this is what December Cooking Rush is all about. We packed our boxes and head to the gorgeous mountains of Vail to do a Christmas party. We arrived and in no time things where rolling… James & Kyle had decided to do an Asian theme which we thought it was a fabulous choice. Suddenly as you feel you have all the time in the world to prepare, it hits and you are about 20 minutes for the first guest to arrive, and the Ohh Shit!!! factor hits up, and from there on everything is a blurry crazy blast of guests, laughs, cooking, smiling, checking that everything is going as well as you can do. Obviously you have to remember one thing… To have Fun, not to Stress out and just flow with the magic that happens on a great preplanned event.
I would love to tell you all the craziness on that night but just so you can get your train rolling, there was a full dressed Elf… and Princess Lea around the party… Only in the Deighans… Only in the Deighans.
James & Kyle, you guys are the best and we want to thank you so much for an amazing night. Thank you for trusting in us and for making us part of your team on this great night that will go in out memories for ever!! Can’t wait for another crazy excuse to be part of your life guys!! Now we send you all the love!!
Now we have to leave this amazing little magic town, in the gorgeous mountains of Colorado, and head back as we prepare for a crazy next week of events as we continue the Christmas Party for this December Cooking Rush!! Thanksgiving – A party of 35 is a Reason to Give Thanks
Nothing like cooking Thanksgiving Dinner for 35 Hungry mouths!! What a treat!!! It all started with our first considerable snow fall as we drove from Fort Collins to Denver, it took us about two and a half hours… we where printing road marks… we packed the back of our truck which it had turned into the biggest cooler ever!! so cool!! as we always think about life, any adversity is just part of the great adventure we call life!
This Thanksgiving – 2 Turkeys Vs 35 Hungry Mouths!!Not Fair!!
Nothing like cooking Thanksgiving Dinner for 35 Hungry mouths!! What a treat!!! So we arrived early as we had plan to serve Thanksgiving dinner around 3pm… and there is something so fun about cooking around people you love that makes everything so much fun and better!! We dance to the rhythm of the kitchen and as I was doing bread juli pretty much was doing everything else!! haha well after all she is the Chef and I am the Sous Chef… So back to the story… suddenly in a matter of 5 minutes it was 3 a clock and like a gust of wind we had 35 hungry mouths ready for Thanksgiving in this gorgeous home, it was like walking next to the lonely railroad track as you admire the tranquility of the field and suddenly the train passes and the world just revolts in a matter of an instance, except this train was filled with laughs and smiles, and hugs and all the greatness of a warmth family gathering… it made me miss my family…
Luckily enough they are like family to us know and we got hugs, and welcome kisses, and smiles, we jumped into that magnificent train and well the rest is better to see the pictures!! Lanoha Family you are amazing and we love you so much and thank you for making us part of your adventures, we cannot wait for the next time we meet!!

After a few years of not seeing this amazing great friends, we suddenly got an email that said “Hi Juli y Juan, its Dave Birthday and we would love for you to Cater it”… It was just such a treat to have heard from them, not to say to have the chance to show our love in our most passionate way.

So we drove to Denver and arrived in this amazing and magnificent family. As we started cooking more familiar faces started showing up, and in no time the room was filled with laughs, stories, smiles and just the perfect environment for a this special event.
Dave & Marcia, you have an amazing family and for that we take our hats off.
Congratulations, you have outdone it!! Dave Happy birthday, you are an amazing man and look up to you in admiration.
So one more time we had a chance to express our love for our art. One more time, we got to share it, and see the smiles and magic that gets to be created behind a family gathering!! We just love what we do and cannot wait for the next adventure… We say good bye to all and as a good friend of mine said to us, “Choose to be Happy”!

Nothing like walking into a new home!! Specially in Halloween!!… and more in USA!! OMG, that is something you need to do!! It is fun to see how everyone lives their own Halloween spirit!!, and in this gorgeous home from our friends Dani & Brady Welton, was not the exception!! She had an entire hunted halloween city next to her fireplace!! Way to go Dani!! Love it!!

The party was a total success!! It was girls gathering… plenty…around 20!! So to an extend I was the only guy in there… “now that can be scary!” haha…
We presented a buffet style cater “All American Style” so at the same time food was coming out of the kitchen, it was being taken from the serving plates!! We love when this happens as there is nothing like fresh-made-food-to-eat.
