This year we started our high season going to Estes Park into a new venue that we think is just lovely!! Skyview at Fall River Village!! What an amazing space and the view!! Like few we have performed.

Last year a great friend and awesome photographer (John Robson) was in one of our events and realize that we had very sustainable practices in our catering company and he suggested to get in touch with his good friends from the City of Fort Collins Organization called ClimateWise. So we did, we met for coffee and signed up to be part of the businesses minds that are shaping our sustainable world here in the Community.
Some say that making a difference in this world one needs to start from within. This is exactly what the amazing company of Savant Homes Inc. is doing, making the difference by having fun building a strong team that can enjoy and be passionate on what each one does; and what better way than a gastronomic gathering workshop!! ...drinking, smiling, learning, laughing, eating & cooking were amongst the main ingredients!!
This catering this lunch was such a great adventure. It always feels like a road trip going up to this amazing Park. This was the first of its kind. We very rarely have a request for a lunch in a wedding, so we where up for the challenge of course. =D
This event was an amazing opportunity to grow around new friends and business owners. The Catering took place in the same building we have our kitchen!! Which was awesome since we did not have to move anything!! We loved it! haha
This is a great promotional video of our company with videos of our events. It is directed more towards weddings. Arcadian Pictures created this awesome video!! Love it!! The intention to expand our business and to show to people that food should be fun!!
Let me begin by saying that this was no ordinary engagement party. It already came with such main characters. If you are one of the lucky life humans to have come across this two gorgeous people; consider yourself lucky!!

That was one of the hanging ornaments of this amazing Private Chef Christmas Party…. now, add a little or lot of alcohol to this Amazing group of friends and you have??? Well A ridicules fun party that gave much to talk!!!
Now this was a crazy fun & amazing party… nothing we where not expecting out of a Deighans Home… Kyle & James you guys know how to put something together!!
Christmas dinner happened to a great group by the name of Advance Interiors… and not just any christmas dinner, as we set up the table to a great menu under the snow fall!! a delicious Surf & Turf as a main plate!! But this time was not just grilling under the sunny sky with a beer!! This time it was under the cold moon at 30 degrees!! So we added to the cooking adventures… Obviously I had some tips from a great steak grilled called Shawn Matz!! Thank you man!! This is one too the greatness of cooking, it is an art that you can spend 10 lifetimes and still learn, so once again Shawn I add your advise for all my adventures… =D
What life brings to all of us, is just full of surprises. After a few years of not seeing this amazing great friends, we suddenly got an email that said “Hi Juli y Juan, its Dave Birthday and we would love for you to Cater it”… It was just such a treat to have heard from them, not to say to have the chance to show our love in our most passionate way.
Nothing like walking into a new home!! Specially in Halloween!!… and more in USA!! OMG, that is something you need to do!! It is fun to see how everyone lives their own Halloween spirit!!, and in this gorgeous home from our friends Dani & Brady Welton, was not the exception!! She had an entire hunted halloween city next to her fireplace!! Way to go Dani!! Love it!!
