So we did, we met for coffee and signed up to be part of the businesses minds that are shaping our sustainable world here in the Community.

So we did, we met for coffee and signed up to be part of the businesses minds that are shaping our sustainable world here in the Community.
We are very excited to be part of ClimateWise, as they speak a true love for our nature. Juli & I are very aware of the devastation we are doing to our communities and world with the justification of making money. The crazy part is that we will still make money, we are just not going to destroy ourselves in the same time. We just need to shape our minds to follow the natural laws of coexistence… and that is what Juli y Juan’s Kitchen is all about. We want to show our community that being a catering company we can change and our economic goals will not go down, actually in the contrary they are going up. We have an ethical responsibility to nature, and I would love to see the day that we can all understand this simple concept so no one has to worry about our long term existence as humans in this gorgeous planet.
We want to thank everyone that became part of this day, and that celebrated this important milestone in our community. We hope to see more and more companies join us so we can keep planning for a better future for us, our kids, and all living organisms in our world. Special thanks to The City of Fort Collins and to the great people of ClimateWise for this amazing opportunity!!! We look forward to continue becoming more efficient in the years to come!! This catering this lunch was such a great adventure. It always feels like a road trip going up to this amazing Park. This was the first of its kind. We very rarely have a request for a lunch in a wedding, so we where up for the challenge of course. =D

The Landing at Estes Park is a magnificent and gorgeous venue next to a ever-running river. The venue has a few small lodges and a great open free area to do events. If you have never been here, we completely recommend it!

Let me begin by saying that this was no ordinary engagement party. It already came with such main characters. If you are one of the lucky life humans to have come across this two gorgeous people; consider yourself lucky!!

Let me begin by saying that this was no ordinary engagement party. It already came with such amazing main characters!!!... If you are one of the lucky humans to have come across this two gorgeous people; consider yourself blessed!!
In this adventure, we had the pleasure of helping put together this amazing gathering to celebrate the announcement of a future wedding to come and a "They lived happily ever after"... not that they do not live happy today... but you know how the story goes!! =D
The engagement consisted of about 3 hours of appetizers for around 200 guests in the gorgeous red barn of the Banner's property... (btw our dream kitchen!!) just wanted to throw it out there... maybe life will smile at us with something this gorgeous one day. =D
After this fun appetizers, we stayed with about 25 closed family and friends and we turn the afternoon into a "Chefs Table" 5 course plated fun dinner!!!
Kelly and Blake, thank you so much for trusting in us with this amazing day. We are forever grateful to have been able to be part of it. Now lets keep making magic together and having tons of fun!!!

A New Format
This was an amazing collaboration and the results where really fun. Juli & I proposed a different format for the Pop-Up Pairing, one where everyone could enjoy not inly the food but the ambiance in a way that food would always be there on display. So we set up a few stations offering tacos, desserts and drinks.
I want to say thanks to everyone that supported us, we are truly grateful for the opportunities you gave us and you have giving us in the past, without your support we would never be lucky enough to express our culinary creation.
Also to all of our staff you make magic when we work together!! We love working amongst you, thank you for all the dedication and love you provide to the gatherings.
I cannot finish by saying that I am the luckiest man alive, as I have by my side the most amazing person a man, friend, husband, business partner can ask. Juli I truly admire you and love having fun with you as we explore this world and enjoy all this adventures together... =D

As one of our favorites people in Fort Collins, Kim called us to help her with this amazing event she wanted to do to her friends!! A day FOOD & LOVE, in a very unique KIM, style!! We started our engines running that lovely morning to have the time to create culinary arts and to be able to put all the LOVE into every little bite we created!!
The party started with an amazing LOVE PUNCH and some PINK MIMOSAS, and from there on it was all smooth and laughs here, and laughs there!! It was a total treat for this amazing group of friends!!
Girls thank you so much for all the love we felt from you!! we hope that throughout our food and smile you felt the same way!!! Anyone who wants any kind of recipe let us know as we are all for sharing our secrets!!

It was our first December in Colorado and we have just arrived a few months back, and here we are in this crazy moth we call “December Party Rush”, we have been going from home to home doing Private Chef christmas events here and there, but we where looking for that ultimate event that will just blast all other away… No offence to all our friends we have been cooking for… but lets be honest here, we all know there is always “THAT” party that will be the one to remember until someone does a better one next year. For us Dani Welton’s Private Chef Christmas Party was our Noco’s favourite!! Way to go Dani!!
It was not the first time we worked in this beautiful estate in Windsor Colorado, in one legit kitchen that you can’t stop thinking that it is a treat to be there… We arrived early as we love to do in all our private chef events, as we hate to rush, we do not want time to get in the way, but to get way to endless time. Its sounds all corny fun but it is just one of those philosophical things we like to indulge… Ok, I think I am sidetracking from the story here.
Juli & I started wiping and making our magic, setting our side of the bargain as Dani had decorated the entire house crazy amazing!! there was a christmas tree with a Cowgirl Hat at the top!! haha That is a first time and I loved it!, you could feel uniqueness and expression everywhere!!
In no time a train rush of people arrived, and we where pulling sliders, onion rings, jalapeño poppers and lots of fun finger foods… the crowd in no time was on this amazing Christmas Train and on for a fantastic night!!… what!!… you think I was going to tell and the Naughty that happened in the party??? HA! I am sorry to disappoint you, but If you where not there, maybe there is something in life you need to change, because this group of Amazing friends is something everyone should be looking for!!! Dani & Brady you guys ROCK!!! We are so thankful, and feel so lucky we where part of this story!!
With all the naughty stories in my head,I leave you readers, as Juli & Juan keep moving from place to place sprinkling Magic Food Dust helping party visionaries ROCK THEIR PARTIES!!! =D

Now this was a crazy fun & amazing party… nothing we where not expecting out of a Deighans Home… Kyle & James you guys know how to put something together!!
So it all started with a call and an invitation to a little gathering that in about 3 hours it turned unto a 80 people party!! What happened in that house was an unbelievable amount of love, fun, joy, great friendship, and lots but lots of craziness…
We had just slept about 5 hours when the alarm sounded and up we where, still at night outside. We where recovering from an event the day before. But this is what December Cooking Rush is all about. We packed our boxes and head to the gorgeous mountains of Vail to do a Christmas party. We arrived and in no time things where rolling… James & Kyle had decided to do an Asian theme which we thought it was a fabulous choice. Suddenly as you feel you have all the time in the world to prepare, it hits and you are about 20 minutes for the first guest to arrive, and the Ohh Shit!!! factor hits up, and from there on everything is a blurry crazy blast of guests, laughs, cooking, smiling, checking that everything is going as well as you can do. Obviously you have to remember one thing… To have Fun, not to Stress out and just flow with the magic that happens on a great preplanned event.
I would love to tell you all the craziness on that night but just so you can get your train rolling, there was a full dressed Elf… and Princess Lea around the party… Only in the Deighans… Only in the Deighans.
James & Kyle, you guys are the best and we want to thank you so much for an amazing night. Thank you for trusting in us and for making us part of your team on this great night that will go in out memories for ever!! Can’t wait for another crazy excuse to be part of your life guys!! Now we send you all the love!!
Now we have to leave this amazing little magic town, in the gorgeous mountains of Colorado, and head back as we prepare for a crazy next week of events as we continue the Christmas Party for this December Cooking Rush!! Christmas dinner happened to a great group by the name of Advance Interiors… and not just any christmas dinner, as we set up the table to a great menu under the snow fall!! a delicious Surf & Turf as a main plate!! But this time was not just grilling under the sunny sky with a beer!! This time it was under the cold moon at 30 degrees!! So we added to the cooking adventures… Obviously I had some tips from a great steak grilled called Shawn Matz!! Thank you man!! This is one too the greatness of cooking, it is an art that you can spend 10 lifetimes and still learn, so once again Shawn I add your advise for all my adventures… =D

Dave & Marcia, you have an amazing family and for that we take our hats off.
Congratulations, you have outdone it!! Dave Happy birthday, you are an amazing man and look up to you in admiration.
So one more time we had a chance to express our love for our art. One more time, we got to share it, and see the smiles and magic that gets to be created behind a family gathering!! We just love what we do and cannot wait for the next adventure… We say good bye to all and as a good friend of mine said to us, “Choose to be Happy”!

It is fun to see how everyone lives their own Halloween spirit!!, and in this gorgeous home from our friends Dani & Brady Welton, was not the exception!! She had an entire hunted halloween city next to her fireplace!! Way to go Dani!! Love it!!

The party was a total success!! It was girls gathering… plenty…around 20!! So to an extend I was the only guy in there… “now that can be scary!” haha…
We presented a buffet style cater “All American Style” so at the same time food was coming out of the kitchen, it was being taken from the serving plates!! We love when this happens as there is nothing like fresh-made-food-to-eat.
