This year we started our high season going to Estes Park into a new venue that we think is just lovely!! Skyview at Fall River Village!! What an amazing space and the view!! Like few we have performed.

About a month ago Seth Silvers a good friend or ours approached to us to see if we wanted to adventure into the booming of his amazing company; Story On. Juli & I believe that his idea is dead on amazing!! Helping small companies approach their clients with their story. We all have a story, and Seth is into something huge here. We got very lucky to have this great opportunity and we look forward to see where it goes.
In the catering world you always hope everything is going to work perfectly and things are just going to roll into it’s own place… but the reality is that they never do. Here is where experience, planning, professionalism and love to your art comes in handy to be able to say the famous food phrase… “Never Had Not Made It”.

A Wedding Under the Colorado Climate Temper!!!
The entire adventure with Ashley & Ben was one that we can only be grateful to life and to them. Since the moment we meet at the coffee place, to the day we were presenting their meal at their wedding, it was an adventure that we will always remember.

A few days ago, Juli & I, gave our first cooking class at Ginger & Baker's Teaching Kitchen. Since we move to Fort Collins, we have been trying to create an environment where we can teach. It is our passion to share our love for the Culinary Arts, and our love to preserve the knowledge of good food. We believe that "in order for Life to bless you with more knowledge, it is imperative that you share the one you have acquired by Life.", for us it is some sort of trade we play.
Nothing says I love you like opening you should to your loved one, like trusting life's most precious treasure; our heart.
This incredible wedding took place in an amazing place in Denver. A place with so much intriguing history; there are tales of ghosts in the 3rd flood. Spooky!!! But this day we where there to be part of an amazing celebration of love an adventure!!
This was definitely an adventure from beginning to end. Meeting Jeremy and Casey at a bridal show was an instant "Zing". Well actually the "Habanero Sauce" was the one that made the magic happen... and we are completely happy what came after this encounter.
How to say farewell to your Son for his love adventure brings more joyful tears than you can imagine!! This is how Dennis and Bailey looked as they said some of the most wonderful words I have heard coming from them.
I have to say that this party was something that we will remember for a long time. Our amazing friends and host Brooks Hinkle put together.
There is always fun adventures out there, and then there are the one you just have to jump off the cliff and open your winds on the way down. Cheers United, congratulations on this amazing step!!
It is such an honor and our pleasure to have someone open their home to us so we can all have fun together. This event took place near a gorgeous lake!! and the menu was to lick your fingers!! Obviously our friend know about food and had picked an amazing collaboration of flavors for his guests.
You know you are in a great community when its members keep supporting the younger generations. This event took place in the gorgeous home of an amazing family. A group of incredible friends helping out their community. Giving back for a better future of our young athletes of CSU.
This party was absolutely amazing in great collaboration with Taylor from Mountainside Events, John Hunt with Arcadian Pictures and RC Events, the party was set for some fun times!!
When Stephen from "Los Dos Paelleros" approached to see if we wanted to do this Pup-Up in collaboration with him, we knew it was going to be anew realm for us. He has lived in Valencia, but Juli & I have never even been there. So the challenge was accepted with a smile.

This gathering brought us together in a relatively small but very effective collaboration amongst three very passionate professionals. We loved working with Elizabeth from Luxe Event Productions, & The Articulate!! What An amazing Place!! =D
Amy & Charles was a fantastic adventure since the moment our paths crossed!! You never know when and where, but we where amazingly happy about it. We went for a couple of rounds of food options until we founds the right menu, and we went for it!! Loved it.

Fort Collins Wedding Association (FCWA)! Our launch party was a huge success! Thanks to all the vendors for coming out.
