As one of our favorites people in Fort Collins, Kim called us to help her with this amazing event she wanted to do to her friends!! A day FOOD & LOVE, in a very unique KIM, style!! We started our engines running that lovely morning to have the time to create culinary arts and to be able to put all the LOVE into every little bite we created!!
The party started with an amazing LOVE PUNCH and some PINK MIMOSAS, and from there on it was all smooth and laughs here, and laughs there!! It was a total treat for this amazing group of friends!!
Girls thank you so much for all the love we felt from you!! we hope that throughout our food and smile you felt the same way!!! Anyone who wants any kind of recipe let us know as we are all for sharing our secrets!!

We have arrived to December 23rd in our December Party Rush and we are with one of our favourites of all times Savant Homes Inc. We had the honor to create their Christmas Company Dinner. Boy it was something fun!!!
This time we actually did not prepared food for anyone, but rather everyone prepared the food for everyones else!!. We just supervised and gave a few tips along the way!!! So we proposed a Workshop this time which was a total success!!!. In the Menu we had Italian and Fusion Mediterranean cuisine!!
As everyone got in Juli & I welcomed everyone and decided to divide the group into smaller groups… some of them where doing pasta from scratch, others raviolis, and like that we where making sure that everyone got their hands dirty and busy. It was a lot of fun as we got to see this amazing side of an incredible hard working team Savant Homes Inc. I little bit of this plus some alcohol in it made this day one to remember!!!
Juli & I have to congratulate everyone as they made delicious and great looking pieces of culinary art!!. So to all the Savant Homes Inc, Team!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! it was a blast having to play around with you all and hope to see you very soon!!
Special thanks to Alan & Kim Strope for giving us this amazing opportunity and we hope that it was everything you hoped!! We have to say that we love you so much and that we where so proud to have shared our passion and love for this fun & amazing culinary art.

This event was an absolutley amazing reunion of friends that, let me tell you, this is not the first time I see them in action, and I have to say they are crazy fun!! Since the moment they all arrived to the moment they all left, it was laugh after laugh after laugh!! hahah. We love the energy of this great events! We can’t ask for better ambiance for us to express our love for this crazy Art.
In this event we had an amazing young girl, who she is not only bright and pretty, but also has a talent for the Culinary Arts!! Makenzie!! You Rock!! Thank you so much for all you did, we are so proud and happy to have you around!! =D
Shawn and Heather you guys are awesome and your friends are very fun!! It was great to see some known faces and get to know new ones!! Thank you so much for a great opportunity!! It was our first December in Colorado and we have just arrived a few months back, and here we are in this crazy moth we call “December Party Rush”, we have been going from home to home doing Private Chef christmas events here and there, but we where looking for that ultimate event that will just blast all other away… No offence to all our friends we have been cooking for… but lets be honest here, we all know there is always “THAT” party that will be the one to remember until someone does a better one next year. For us Dani Welton’s Private Chef Christmas Party was our Noco’s favourite!! Way to go Dani!!
It was not the first time we worked in this beautiful estate in Windsor Colorado, in one legit kitchen that you can’t stop thinking that it is a treat to be there… We arrived early as we love to do in all our private chef events, as we hate to rush, we do not want time to get in the way, but to get way to endless time. Its sounds all corny fun but it is just one of those philosophical things we like to indulge… Ok, I think I am sidetracking from the story here.
Juli & I started wiping and making our magic, setting our side of the bargain as Dani had decorated the entire house crazy amazing!! there was a christmas tree with a Cowgirl Hat at the top!! haha That is a first time and I loved it!, you could feel uniqueness and expression everywhere!!
In no time a train rush of people arrived, and we where pulling sliders, onion rings, jalapeño poppers and lots of fun finger foods… the crowd in no time was on this amazing Christmas Train and on for a fantastic night!!… what!!… you think I was going to tell and the Naughty that happened in the party??? HA! I am sorry to disappoint you, but If you where not there, maybe there is something in life you need to change, because this group of Amazing friends is something everyone should be looking for!!! Dani & Brady you guys ROCK!!! We are so thankful, and feel so lucky we where part of this story!!

An the Kitchen of that home???” we thought “It must be amazing” So a new adventure began!!

As always the drive to Telluride is not the shortest from Fort Collins but we cannot deny that the road there is just unbelievably gorgeous!! and the city of Telluride is another amazing magical place to be…
We arrived to the house for the Sotheby’s Open House Catering, and did not even had the amount of people confirmed, nor what menu they wanted, but as good friends they trusted that it was not going to be a problem, we where going to be able to do our part! As in our philosophy of work, we do not just provide food, but we become part of the entire experience and that is just what we love to do… So we arrived to this magnificent and ridicules home in the middle of the mountains and what can we say, it is just a piece of art! The entire home was just redecorated and it was astonishing, but when we got to the kitchen… its like enchanted music started playing inside my head, until Kevin turn on the TV to watch football while we set up everything!! Thanks Kevin!! hahah
The realtors started to arrive and we had for them ready some amazing tenderloin panninis, salads, and all sorts of goodies that honestly I would just watch the pictures below, because it does not matters how much I describe them, it will never be the same.

Christmas Dinner – Two Skirts Telluride
When Kristin contacted us, and ask if we could host Two Skirts Telluride Christmas Dinner, We where so thrill to have this amazing honor. Not only we were going to have a fantastic time with everyone, but we were driving to this amazing little town in the middle of the mountains called Telluride.

When Kristin contacted us, and ask if we could host Two Skirts Telluride Christmas Dinner, We where so thrill to have this amazing honor. Not only we were going to have a fantastic time with everyone, but we were driving to this amazing little town in the middle of the mountains called Telluride.
As we started our journey we placed the address in Maps and it said 7 hours, so we were excited. We left home with plenty of time to spare, but what we did not plan was to get hit by two winter blizzards… its was a lot of fun actually, the only set back is that we drove for about 12 hours.
As soon as we got to our destination for the Christmas Dinner, we looked at the clock and had 2 hours to have everything ready!! OMG that was a close call!! But never the less another amazing great adventure!! Luckily dinner came along really nice, everyone had a fantastic time and at the end everyone lived happily ever after… =D

This Cooking Workshop is one for the memories!! We loved to have had the amazing chance to have meet the Mascio Family and their friends in this amazing time we all spent together. What a treat for us, and hopefully it was the same of you. The atmosphere was amazing, the comradery, the friendship, it just felt like the perfect night. So we had one challenge, and that was to create pasta that was gluten free in order to do this menu… and lucky not long ago someone had proposed a great flour and it did the trick!!. Obviously we passed the tip to the Mascio’s and I am sure for now on they will be able to create their own pasta!!… I mean this family has food in their veins, partially Italian, and from their youngest kid to the dad everyone loves to be in the kitchen.
Della Parola Capital Management Inc’s Team was over the top incredible in the kitchen as well, so much fun to work with everyone, this team has something very special, and we congratulate you for an amazing night!

There are a few things that one must love about what they do, but this last Friday was definitely one that we loved being part of it… SpokesBUZZ CD Release VI. It all started with a call from this amazing person, Taylor Walker, who was mainly putting all the show together, We where asked to donate our time for an amazing cause… so when we knew we where going to be a wagon on the train to help young musical artist have a shot on performing their passion, we could have never refuse!! As we love helping people perform…so we tied our Juli y Juan wagon to the SpokesBUZZ Train an decided to share our culinary passion.

It all happen thanks to more great groups, one called High Country Beverage and New Belgium Brewery. Orchestrated by Taylor Walker, and I know many other, SpokesBUZZ invited a few people to a VIP Pre-Party to celebrate the release of their anual SpokesBUZZcompilation CD, Band Together: Volume VI.
Our adventure happen as we arrived to this private and incredible space where the party was going to happen, we arrived with our boxes of goodies as we love to do, and it was time to play our flavour melodies for everyone who was about to arrive… In no time we had the first two, couples, and in a matter of seconds the room was filled with hungry musicians and fans, and followers, supporters and just the right people who needed to be there. We would say around 70 persons at some point. The table where we set up the food was filled with delicious fun bites and people where going around and around, enjoying the atmosphere, drinks and food, as we where dancing to their eating rhythm keeping the plates filled as much as we could!! We got to see old friends, and more familiar faces, as we have just been in Fort Collins for about 2 months settled in… Finally in a matter of seconds, like when someone trows a bone to a pack of hungry wolves, everyones was out of the building, and the event was over, the next party continued at Hodi’s Half Note. Unfortunately we could not go as we had to be in Telluride the next day for another event… but as Taylor said… “Guys, you are on the list if you want to go”, and we that we felt so lucky and well taken care as we gather our circus wagon and continue our adventure.
So many to thank for this great opportunity, but SpokesBUZZ & Taylor Walker specially for thinking on us, and giving us the opportunity to perform our art in your event, thank you for the trust and we just love to be part of this amazing SpokesBUZZ CD Release VI!! Hope that we stay in your heart for your next event!

So it all started with a call and an invitation to a little gathering that in about 3 hours it turned unto a 80 people party!! What happened in that house was an unbelievable amount of love, fun, joy, great friendship, and lots but lots of craziness…
We had just slept about 5 hours when the alarm sounded and up we where, still at night outside. We where recovering from an event the day before. But this is what December Cooking Rush is all about. We packed our boxes and head to the gorgeous mountains of Vail to do a Christmas party. We arrived and in no time things where rolling… James & Kyle had decided to do an Asian theme which we thought it was a fabulous choice. Suddenly as you feel you have all the time in the world to prepare, it hits and you are about 20 minutes for the first guest to arrive, and the Ohh Shit!!! factor hits up, and from there on everything is a blurry crazy blast of guests, laughs, cooking, smiling, checking that everything is going as well as you can do. Obviously you have to remember one thing… To have Fun, not to Stress out and just flow with the magic that happens on a great preplanned event.
I would love to tell you all the craziness on that night but just so you can get your train rolling, there was a full dressed Elf… and Princess Lea around the party… Only in the Deighans… Only in the Deighans.
James & Kyle, you guys are the best and we want to thank you so much for an amazing night. Thank you for trusting in us and for making us part of your team on this great night that will go in out memories for ever!! Can’t wait for another crazy excuse to be part of your life guys!! Now we send you all the love!!
Now we have to leave this amazing little magic town, in the gorgeous mountains of Colorado, and head back as we prepare for a crazy next week of events as we continue the Christmas Party for this December Cooking Rush!! Christmas dinner happened to a great group by the name of Advance Interiors… and not just any christmas dinner, as we set up the table to a great menu under the snow fall!! a delicious Surf & Turf as a main plate!! But this time was not just grilling under the sunny sky with a beer!! This time it was under the cold moon at 30 degrees!! So we added to the cooking adventures… Obviously I had some tips from a great steak grilled called Shawn Matz!! Thank you man!! This is one too the greatness of cooking, it is an art that you can spend 10 lifetimes and still learn, so once again Shawn I add your advise for all my adventures… =D

I could not think on anything else to do than to Kiss Juli, get up of my chair around the table and hug some of the most amazing supporters life has put in our path; Alan & Kim Strope from Savant Homes.
We Raised $5000 in the Respite Care Ball!! A Team Effort that Will Make many Kids Smile!!

….“Going once, going twice…. SOLD for $5000 dollars!!” said Reggie Rivers as Juli & I were in total awe about what just had happen. I could not think on anything else to do than to Kiss Juli, get up of my chair around the table and hug some of the most amazing supporters life has put in our path; Alan & Kim Strope from Savant Homes.
Who would have though at just a week or two from arriving from our Gastronomic Tour, we where going to be invited by Kim trope to be part of this magnificent event. Back then, we did not even knew what Respite Care was all about, but as we go on life, sometimes we say yes and then ask questions… It gives some sense of adventure, but the reality is that if Kim & Alan where behind this I new there was something good cooking around. So we jumped in the plan and off the adventure started.
Our first stop was to visit Respite Care Facilities as we had no idea what was all about. There we met Maegan Batson, Development Director at Respite Care, Inc & Lauren Whynott, Development Associate at Respite Care, Inc. who gave us a tour of the facilites and literally planted the seed of Respite Care in us. Such amazing persons both, we finished and where all excited to be part of it!!
So here we where two crazy chefs trying to figure out how to be part of what we found out later was one of the biggest events on the region. So we went on to doing what we always do, and we called our filmmaker artist buddy John E. Hunt from Wanderlust.com who has an amazing talent in video and he created a fun promotional master piece, at the same time Juli and I created the Menu and off we where ready for the Ball.
Nothing would have prepared us for the reality behind everything we hear… The place looked magical, everyone was all dressed so nice and pretty, as we have never been to anything remotely like it, but everyone was in a great mood, even thinking now it kind a feels like a great dreams that its fading details as days goes on, and as much as we would love to make it forever, we are just so thankful to be part of this magical town of Fort Collins and the Northern Colorado region, we are so thankful for everyone behind Us, that is believing in our dream, and is pushing it forward, we want to say that we are forever grateful, and that we can’t wait to help out again, and be part of another fun adventure.
So the big question is WHO WON THE AUCTION??????

Thanksgiving – A party of 35 is a Reason to Give Thanks
Nothing like cooking Thanksgiving Dinner for 35 Hungry mouths!! What a treat!!! It all started with our first considerable snow fall as we drove from Fort Collins to Denver, it took us about two and a half hours… we where printing road marks… we packed the back of our truck which it had turned into the biggest cooler ever!! so cool!! as we always think about life, any adversity is just part of the great adventure we call life!
This Thanksgiving – 2 Turkeys Vs 35 Hungry Mouths!!Not Fair!!
Nothing like cooking Thanksgiving Dinner for 35 Hungry mouths!! What a treat!!! It all started with our first considerable snow fall as we drove from Fort Collins to Denver, it took us about two and a half hours… we where printing road marks… we packed the back of our truck which it had turned into the biggest cooler ever!! so cool!! as we always think about life, any adversity is just part of the great adventure we call life!
So we arrived early as we had plan to serve Thanksgiving dinner around 3pm… and there is something so fun about cooking around people you love that makes everything so much fun and better!! We dance to the rhythm of the kitchen and as I was doing bread juli pretty much was doing everything else!! haha well after all she is the Chef and I am the Sous Chef… So back to the story… suddenly in a matter of 5 minutes it was 3 a clock and like a gust of wind we had 35 hungry mouths ready for Thanksgiving in this gorgeous home, it was like walking next to the lonely railroad track as you admire the tranquility of the field and suddenly the train passes and the world just revolts in a matter of an instance, except this train was filled with laughs and smiles, and hugs and all the greatness of a warmth family gathering… it made me miss my family…
Luckily enough they are like family to us know and we got hugs, and welcome kisses, and smiles, we jumped into that magnificent train and well the rest is better to see the pictures!! Lanoha Family you are amazing and we love you so much and thank you for making us part of your adventures, we cannot wait for the next time we meet!!

So we drove to Denver and arrived in this amazing and magnificent family. As we started cooking more familiar faces started showing up, and in no time the room was filled with laughs, stories, smiles and just the perfect environment for a this special event.
Dave & Marcia, you have an amazing family and for that we take our hats off.
Congratulations, you have outdone it!! Dave Happy birthday, you are an amazing man and look up to you in admiration.
So one more time we had a chance to express our love for our art. One more time, we got to share it, and see the smiles and magic that gets to be created behind a family gathering!! Nothing like walking into a new home!! Specially in Halloween!!… and more in USA!! OMG, that is something you need to do!! It is fun to see how everyone lives their own Halloween spirit!!, and in this gorgeous home from our friends Dani & Brady Welton, was not the exception!! She had an entire hunted halloween city next to her fireplace!! Way to go Dani!! Love it!!
The party was a total success!! It was girls gathering… plenty…around 20!! So to an extend I was the only guy in there… “now that can be scary!” haha…
We presented a buffet style cater “All American Style” so at the same time food was coming out of the kitchen, it was being taken from the serving plates!! We love when this happens as there is nothing like fresh-made-food-to-eat.

All the ingredients where there, and as Juli and I focused and discussed the creation of a symphony of flavours, our fellow builders where discussing and exchanging their passions in order to bring and offer the best to this region.
